They state they need help yet people are applying for every position and the horrible management isn't doing anything to hire adequate workers. They hire the nieces, nephews and grandchildren of upper management to run phones on facilities, buildings and units and they do NOTHING all day and take the pay. Causing the backup of problems people unable to get appointments. Surgeries not being performed despite having surgeons readily available and cancer patients not being seen for weeks or months because these fools don't want to do the job they were placed in. They get the luxury because of the hierarchy but are allowing people to die. Not to mention the workers there themselves all run around and gossip and fraternize all day instead of doing the actual work necessary to move things efficiently from the beginning. Extremely disappointed in my state. I know people who work there and get told ALL the stories. Embarrassing.
