Using Reality Creation Techniques To Overcome Addiction

Do you want to have fun and be naturally inspired and passionate about life without always feeling like you have to drink to be happy and fit in?

Are you concerned about the effects of your addiction on your finances, family, relationships, health, weight, and/or career?

Do you have legal problems as a result of your addiction?

Are you frustrated because you have not lived up to promises that you made to yourself and to others to finally cut back or quit?

Are you discouraged that you have failed multiple times to cut back or quit?

Do you want to cut back or quit drinking, but you’re leery of some of the conventional “public” methods of recovery such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and rehab?

Are you looking for a more private solution that you can work on at home?

Are you in recovery but feel stuck?

Are you wondering what you can do to create more passion and enthusiasm in your life and your sobriety?

If you answered yes to some or all of these questions, then you are in the right place!

I found an incredible way to become sober using reality creation concepts such as reality transurfing, Neville Goddard, and quantum jumping. Here I discuss my own journey to sobriety and how I used reality creation techniques to find true sobriety.

This is a powerful outline on how to leave addictions behind. I had a very very similar life experience. And like Brian I too transferred my way to sobriety. Bashar says “any change is a TOTAL change”. Which means I am now a person who never drank. I am a new person on a new timeline.
My personal overall “why” for changing was realizing That my vibration matters ( my vibration literally creates matter) and now my vibration is so important to me that anything that lowers it does not fit in my experience any longer.
Love and light to all. If I can shift so can you! Follow these steps and a new life a new timeline a new vibration will be your experience. 🤟

*Please do not hesitate to make that meditation you mentioned possibly doing. For the first time I have found hope and practical things I can do to improve my situation or heal the reality in which I imprison myself in.*

Thank you, Brian Scott.. my deepest gratitude in the most sincere form possible is all I can hope to possibly convey. I hope these words are a start of some semblance to those intentions.

*Please imagine a sober and contented reality for me. I needed this exact topic more than I ever knew from you. A million thanks.*

I would love a meditation, with a purpose of jumping to reality where I'm sober. I would actually love 2 of them:

1) Relatively short one, something to be done daily, in the morning, something, which puts me in the mindset of someone's who is free from any addiction as has full power of choice.

2) A longer version, which is a combination of steps you laid out:
observing and accepting current emotional state,
revising the past shame and regret, related to drinking and instead creating new memories,
choosing 3 import values and giving a couple of minutes to each to contemplate and imagine already living them,
imagine vision of your dreams being already true, and allowing objections (either related to addiction or not) to arise and integrate into the vision,
and gratitude

In an order which you think is best and with anything else you think might be important.

And, Brian, thank you very much for your honesty. I relate very much and it came at right time.

Thanks for sharing your journey Brian. I too went the AA route and it was a good stepping stone for me. But, like you, I decided that calling myself an incurable alcoholic every day was counter-productive. AA pointed me to Emmit Fox, Ernest Holmes and other metaphysical teachers. Long story short, I left recovery and declared myself a recovered non-drinker. When I quit trying to drink normally and just made the firm decision to quit totally, something happened that I still can't explain . I completely lost the desire to drink. I drank excessively for over 30 years, now I'm 75 yrs old, 25 years sober and healthy as a horse !!

What a beautiful thing to speak of your past so freely it is like blessing it and free yourself from it.

I too had my alcoholic period I must say that I had a good time with it, but also great moment of sadness and feeling of separation. and isolation.

As I like philosophy, this companion made me travel deep deep, but I realized that it was food for my mind .

I sometimes drink a good glass of wine but it is just by sensual delight and not to feed this mind.

There’s a phrase in the movie called the '' The go beetwen '' that I really like it is :

'' The past is a foreign country; they do things differently there. ''

Please, i want to be sober, so so bad.
Imagine me sober, finishing my education, being happy and at ease.
I am following the steps now but my mind keeps saying 'it is not easy'.
I am so sick and tired of it. Stupid alcohol, stupid me.
So dear Brian, should you read this and have the time and space to imagine for (and with) me, i am forever grateful.
I already am forever grateful, you have helped me so much in so many ways, I can't begin to explain (litteraly, English is not my native language 😅) But man, this struggle.... all help is so welcome and appreciated.
From the very depths of all of my heart and soul.

I utilize AA. I'm sober for 11 years. Their teaching is aligned with every masters class I've utilized including yours, which is my favorite.
