You could've touched briefly on the incredible future applications to prosthetics. This could lead to direct control of artificial limbs via nerve innervation, in addition to more human - like prosthetics in general.

If you don't have organic, homegrown muscles, store bought is fine.

Scientist discussing robot design: "When I said, "we should add guns to the robot", this was not what I meant".

Omigosh! 😲 Why is Muscle Hank not _here, _ yet?! You _know_ he's got to have something to say about this.

"... the legitimate scientists, they grow their own muscles ..."
I believe this is a thing both Muscle Hank and Hank Green can agree on.

Sounds cool. Looking forward to seeing these in prosthetic/replacements limbs for people who need them.

I feel like I heard about a fabric someone used to make a batman cape which extended when an electrical current ran through it, but relaxed when it had none. Not sure about the forces it managed, or if I'm even remembering right, but I used to dream of using fibers of that to make a muscular system. I kind of always though, you know, we already have a layout for a robot if we can pull it off, because we have us... but of course it isn't that simple. Still, it is very validating to see that biohybrids are at least a thing.

Also prosthetics that work and feel entirely real to the user as well as people around them. That would be neat, too.

5:30 "click the subscribe button.. using all your muscles" That would be extraordinarily painful, and probably result in cardiac arrest
