I have done my best to match the brands etc that I use but in some cases the products are no longer available, so for those I have found the substitute I would buy.

Sorry about the re-upload. The previous version was missing the numbers and just had random sound effects throughout (forgot to make it all visible before I rendered it and uploaded). Hopefully this one works ok!

Nice piece, thanks. I'm not sure why you have only 25K+ subscribers.
My top ten:
1) vehicle
2) house battery
3) fridge
4) beer
5) stubby holder
6) chair
7) wood
8) food

Right now, you have the best Offroad Chanel.
It's a fresh breeze with a new spin on old well approved topic.
The laid back chat, combined with food and interviews.

Great work, keep it up as you do.

The way you present and describe things is right up my street, as we say in the UK. Excellent! Thank you.

Great video and links. I'm the cook when me and my mates go off road, so great that I found your channel.

I've always loved the look of those cleavers since I've seen one on AlmazanKitchen channel.
One of the best additions to my cooking gear would be a typical welders type wire brush. Instead of getting the tip and edge of a knife to scrape and cut away the crust off a jaffle in a jaffle iron, go it with a wire brush. It gets right in there and cleans the edges of the iron for way easier extraction of the jaffle.

I just stumbled across this video while browsing camp cooking videos and I thought fire to fork sounded familiar. And the I remembered and It’s literally your book that I purchased from Aussie disposals today!🤣

I would love to see a video explaining the differences in how you use a spun steel camp oven versus a cast iron Dutch Oven.

Thanks for the recommendation on camp ovens. My Aussie spun Steele one arrived today from snowys and can’t wait to try it out. Definitely solidly made and made in Australia is a big plus👍

My request is more episodes with you wifey. She is a hoot! The two of you are so funny and say some clever things that keep the ball rolling. Definetely need to bring her along on some off road adventures as well. I am sure the commentary will be good from her.

Great vid mate. I have a Biji Barbi... had it for around 25 or so years. Folding legs but I haven’t had any drama in that time. Love my jaffle iron and camp oven as well... would have had a lot more burns if I didn’t have my welding gloves!! Good work. Keep them coming!! Cheers

Gotta say I was cracking a grin when you said you take a billy, mine looks quite different hahah. Love the videos mate, wouldn't mind seeing your take on some more international dishes like an osso buco or lamb tagine!

Harry this is brilliant, gives confidence to really try out fire cooking instead of relying on a dirty Webber, 4th day in at Easter time!

I have recently bought an Ozbraii, the name we called them when I was growing up was a grid iron. Slightly different design in that it is not a basket but it was good heavy duty wire and is still going strong today. It's been in the family for over 50 years.
