Thank you for this video! I got this code and other erratic behaviors from my car after cleaning my car evaporator coil through the center ducting system. Other videos failed to mention PCM (or ECU) as a possible cause. Soon as you mentioned PCM I looked it up and found that my Acura TSX has the ECU located right under the HVAC ducts where I put the foaming detergent to clean the evaporator coil. The foam turned into liquid and it went into my ECU and made the car impossible to drive. I drained the liquid, cleaned the ECU, and removed the corrosion with alcohol and a toothbrush and everything is back to normal. Now I'm waiting for my conformal coating bottle to arrive so I can reseal the ECU board to prevent corrosion in the future.
