please currect this one only 12 triggers we can write in a single program before /after on dml commands insert, update, delete total 3 for each row &table level so before =6, after =6 total=12

Only 12 no. of triggers can be created on a single table (After/Before, statement level/row level, insert/update/delete)

you said no select statement but in example trigger prm u have used select, so we can use select stmt in trigger
