The numbers indicates how many purple coins are there near the location so it is easier for you to get all the missing purple coins.

right behind the starting point there is a place filled with landmines, after you destroy the landmines there is a way blocked by boulders, but I can't bring a bomb to destroy it because the lighting

The reason why Lx did not upload 16-3 is because you can't do anything there yet, you have to get all the switches first
