If you think about it. IMO, Dewalt is the actual winner here. The in each test, the finishes are so close yet priced so far apart. If I had to, I’d buy Dewalt and finish things a millisecond slower and save $180.

I think the consumer always wins in these. Yes the m18 beat it out but dam that dewalt has some power compared to the previous models. Definitely worth it if you're already invested in the platform

I've got the Milwaukee saw, and honestly, as far as just pure power and build quality, it's one of the most impressive tools I've ever owned (and I am a carpenter, with many, many tools). The quality is bulletproof and the power is genuinely surprising, even when I expected a lot from it before I got it. It eats whatever is in front of it, no questions asked.
