High quality build. I wish I had a CNC mashin like yours. It makes everything so nice and easy. Truls Gravesen have good constructed kits.

I recently build these as well and watching CNC do the hard work makes me jealous :)

You learn the oddest things on YouTube. The ratchet clamp/glue bottle squeeze is genius!

It is hard to go wrong with satori speakers. I built a 2-way system with them. Its sounds amazing, the speakers look amazing, totally worth it

Nice design! SBA Satori drivers sound wonderful. I’ve used them for mids in my own build ❤️

Amazing build - reminds me of good-old Dynaudio DIY kits - (wood included kit) - best kits ever !

8:25 Your 'Phase Inverter' is predominantly called "Helmholtz resonator" or just "port / reflex port". But this pvc tubes are very common. Cardboard tubes [fe tubes for shipping] are also a good solution if the pvc tube gives answers (resonate) 17:00 So you used normal dry glue ;-) 18:33 Missing a hole for the midrange cables 23:40 Nice 4" chassis with compensation magnet. It's frequency response says you could use it as bass/midrange in a small 2 way system 24:52 Where is the baffle step between high and midrange that is responsible for the little dip at 1, 5 kHz? This step is to set the voice coil of mid and high chassis to the same level. You surely aligned the crossover to adjust the frequency response and the changes with the timing that result thereof. [to my mind this baffle steps and coil leveling make more problems then they help in sound/timing]. But the speaker looks pretty good anyways. Please get rid of the silver srews on the tweeter (or use some nail polish)

I'd like to measure the response of that square midrange cabinet. I'd be inclined to have built it with non parrallel walls. Still it might be okay. Overall a great design I think.

Very nice result. I am seriously considering TG’s Faital 10” 3WC.

I'd like to see this or build this using all Scanspeak drivers.

Building speakers with a cnc machine just can't give you the same satisfaction as using a table saw and jigsaw and router.

I was wondering about the pillows, i understand that you need dampening, but making those small pillows, will they not take up cabinet space, as far as i know, you would want a filler that lets air pass through it, are you making a compromise, or are there something i miss? Lovely work anyways.

Hello! Do you have the CAD-files for the build? It would help me emensly since I am also going to use a CNC-machine. I am planning to order the SBA 941s from Troels Gravesens website and would be very happy if you were willing to share them

Love these speakers, they were to of my list to build, but then I decided to go the whole hog when the Faital 3wc 15 was released. Great job - but is this the right speaker? Troels version has different tweeter and also mid woofer and tweeter are mounted off centre?
