Meet Chai Wiggleflops! She is currently almost 9 weeks old, and we think she may be a tiny Lab/Pit Bull mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place.
Chai Wiggleflops has the best wiggly floppy ears! We think she could even have a Beagle or Terrier cousin (third cousin, twice removed? lol) in her lineage, but we don't really know. We DO know that her ears are amazing, and will delight you as they bounce along when she plays. And this tiny girl just loves to play! Whether it's with soft stuffies, squeaky toys of all sizes, or just YOU, Chai Wiggleflops is sure to keep you entertained with her sweet puppy antics in the best possible way.
This tiny 'lil lady's coat is warm cinnamon-brown and white, almost as comforting as the spiced Chai tea she's named after. We love her profile, and her upturned mouth makes it looks like Chai is always smiling - which is sure to put everyone she meets in a good mood! Of course, her ears flop over in the most endearing way. Chai is curious and likes to cautiously investigate her surroundings, before clearing the way for her favourite game - chase.
Chai is currently in a loving foster home with several other dogs, and she gets along well with them all. She takes behaviour corrections from canines and humans both really well, and is already crate trained. This smart cookie is almost fully potty trained and working steadily on leash training as well. Chai already knows sit, down, kennel (to go to her crate), and is busy learning more. We couldn't be prouder of all she has already accomplished and know that she would make an amazing addition to any family. Do you have room in your heart and home for this floppy-eared delight?
Chai is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood.
You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend!
