I'm a Nichiren Daishonin Buddhist. I've been chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo since 2006 and i've have been an SGI-UK member since 2007.

I created this channel to help us all in our Buddhist practice, with audio to chant along to, Buddhist Study - my take on Basics Of Buddhism & The Gosho - as well as Inspirational Quote Shorts Videos, my monthly podcast, Daily Gongyo live feed & videos which show an insight into my life.

I am Autistic with ADHD, and the chanting videos help me in my daily practice - and it's the reason i also started my other 2 channels;

My 2nd channel is @ThePowerOfSerenity where i showcase music that i've written & recorded myself, with the odd cover version on there too.

My 3rd channel is @LandOfTranquilLight where you'll find longer versions of those on my 2nd channel - ideal for chilling background music & relaxing.
