Why buy these to complain about them. I resell and when stored in boxes sormetimes they get scratched or a sticker lifts it happen. Yes the lip pencil is either used or melted for sure.

I get all my items from ipsy and other then skin care we rarley ever have stixkers on any of it lipsticks eyeliners never just open them. The scratches cant be helped sometimes unless u can keep each item seperrate and its impossible just her shipping it to you can cauae scratches. So putting peoples stufd done isn't very cool.
