1974 Honda CB550 - Third Start After Rebuild

If you watch the second start, you will hear a ratcheting sound. I had drain the oil and flip the engine over and rotate the kick starter ratchet pinion 180 degrees so that the pinion separated from the gear. The engine runs quieter now.
