During Clinton, I worked a job for 13 years. They started hiring illegals at half the pay I was making until around 80% were illegal. Then one Friday, they held a meeting and permanently laid a bunch of us off. Not one illegal was let go. I asked why? Their response was "well, we figured that You would have no problem finding another job". I guess being a veteran wouldn't make them budge either, but It really told me that the final outcome to open borders isn't going to help the majority, they are here for Your job. The interviewers age old argument of who's going to pick the cotton (farming), made Me remember this.
