I'm calling bullchip or incompetentance. She says she hears racist statements "all the time" but has literally done nothing. Called nobody out by name - immediately, which should have been done. And then turns around, claiming hanging by a tree is only used to describe lynching again, purposely claiming racism and not telling us who.
