Sharingan is a nerfing factor for kakashi because of the always active sharingan that always consume chakra but now kakashi without sharingan can use all his chakra and he is very intelligent to create a alternative jutsu for chidori so kakashi without sharingan is still powerful

so a couple of things to take note that most people dont pay attention to when scaling hokage kakashi.
1. it states his chakra levels has increased by “order of magnitude” since wa which means 10 to the second or third power which is 100-1000 times wa kakashis chakra levels. we obviously know that chakra is used to amp all stats including strength, speed, durability, ap, dc, ect. so basically just multiply wa kakashis physical feats by about 100 to get an estimate on how strong and fast he is.
2. he created fire mist jutsu which is a giant phoenix that can be used in a variety of different ways and doesnt require hand signs which could imply a shinjutsu seeing a similar jutsu was used by momoshiki and this jutsu was used to overwhelm a country level six paths attack made of hagoromos chakra .
he also did this numerous times after defeating an army of shinobi using genjutsu and a frying pan (knocking them all out) and also after kakashi had held a mud wall around a village for over 36 hours which defended against 40 cannons in which he would anticipate the trajectory of the cannon fire and manipulate the walls chakra on the atomic level thus crystalizing right at the point where kakashi had anticipated impact .
3. kakashis chakra control is absolutely insane now to the point where he can manipulate chakra over a huge area perfectly at the atomic level.
4. there are several hints that kakashi maintained six paths chakra / power however this last one is not confirmed so you can ignore it if you want

He got huge boost in combat experiencce during the war and continous fights increased uis chakra reserves plus after losing sharingan he could use more chakra for justsu increasing his chakra pool and training against naruto after ear arc he got way stronger than before
