fix diablo immortal stuck at starting screen

I tried to run the repair client but that did’nt help I even did a uninstall and reinstall but it’s still stuck so what can I do?

my ios also same like this, but i am using data not wifi . its 100% checking for update but didnt enter the game . hmmpp

I just have a problem with the game launching in a corner, for some reason it doesn’t appear in full screen
