Austin is a lucky dude to have a grandfather with a yard full of classics & the skill set to build em..

I’m 74 now, and still look fondly on things I did with and learned from my grandfather. Brent, you’re teaching skills, but at the same time building memories. Big thumbs up to you!

I like seeing kids learning stuff, especially stuff that they could use in real life.

brent is like a mister miyagi of customization! my favourite part is seeing austin try and release the vicegrips without success, brent comes along and just bumps it with his thumb and it releases. the youth needs more of this kinda mentoring. love it !

Austin is a very lucky young man. He's got the greatest grandfather he could ever ask for ❤

I forget sometimes that I’ve had a lot of practice doing stuff and shouldn’t be frustrated on how fast someone else is moving.
Much admiration for all the teachers, that have to coral students and teach them life lessons. You Brent show that patience.
Like, share and Happy Saturday to all and to all its nap time. 😆😴💤

It's great to see you working with the kids teaching them skills and processes they can foster into a hobby or business. But also they are learning skills in planning, layout, and confidence building which is something that seems to be fading away today.

My welding hasn't caught up with my semi-professional grinding ability. Good job Austin

you can see the pride of ownership in that young man's eyes. He will be driving that car for a long time. Brent, you are doing a great job as a Grandfather and not doing it all yourself. Having Austin doing the work as well right along side you will make that car and the time together even more special. That is going to be a great first drive.

Brent, whether or not Austin remains interested in working on cars you have given him a huge boost by teaching him that he can do difficult things and do them well. That's a life lesson worth a million bucks! Good on you!

Makes me jealous seeing a great dad be so patient and helping my young men to learn while working side by side

I imagine that many grandparents, and parents, are thinking I wished I’d spent valuable time like that with my kids, should be a social prescription. Well done all of you
