Now THIS was creepy. The Joker is laying there, lifeless, broken, unknowing, grinning up at you and it's almost as if he is laughing at you in the afterlife or you are just waiting for him to leap up at any moment... It's almost as if it's saying that evil cannot be defeated and it will just be a matter of time before the arrival of something bigger, better and badder that's been waiting for you...

This scene scared me as a kid. Watching it as an adult, im glad yhe joker set his death up for him to have the last laugh. He treated life as a big joke. Hahahahaha

Part of our childhood. I remember having school the next day and that night when finished watching it, fever got me. during sleep paralysis i was keep hearing this laugh again and again along with other weird things.

I've actually always thought the problem with the Ledger Joker was he was NOT crazy. He was evil and violent but he never seemed to be insane to me like Jack was.
