► This state of the art low-friction motor oil combines fully synthetic base oils and advanced additive technology. The powerful MFC (Molecular Friction Control) technology prevents the formation of deposits while simultaneously reducing frictional losses in the engine. This unique synergetic effect provides optimum protection from wear and a flawless running engine. Improvements can be seen in reduced fuel consumption and extended service life for the engine. The advanced oil engineering is further underlined by the distinguished green fluorescent color. Nate Vincent is here to take you through some of the highlights of this new offering from LIQUI MOLY.

Liqui Moly directly told me the only additive that you can use with this is MOS2 but at 4%. I have 2 jugs already can't wait to try on my next oil change.

Thank you for this review. Summarizes what I wanted to know about the additives, the base oil, and why it's green. Great application for my use in restoring a 1999 GMC Safari where I need to identify location of leaks. AND IT'S QUICK! Thank you again.

Stuff is badass, just put it in my 2019 wrx and it fking flies now. Engine is quieter and I feel noticeable HP gains with this oil, no lie. I'll definitely keep using it. Liqui Moly FTW

I just purchased molygen 5w-30 yesterday. I have a 2023 Acura tlx type s. I used ceratec with Mobil 1 synthetic on my last oil change. Is it ok if I drain Mobil 1 and add molygen to my car? I know the ceratec is supposed to last a while in the engine before needing to be replaced. Also I’ve seen some people using molygen motor protect with their molygen oil. Would that be more appropriate to use as an additive instead of the ceratec?

I got this for my 2020 Civic andy wife's 2013 Smart ForTwo. I plan on getting it for my 1979 Dodge W150 Power Wagon as well, now that i know about the leak detection.

Hey I know you said you don’t need to put Ceratec in with Molygen but for the past two oil changes I’ve put both in. Would this cause any issues? I’ve only noticed a little extra material on my drain plug magnet, but that’s it. Is it possible that it came from all the additives in Ceratec and the Additives in Molygen?

Hi, I used the Molygen 5W40 along with Ceratec in my car. And later got to know that it is not recommended. Should I expect any damage to the engine or just less/ no efficacy of the extra additive? Please suggest.

I used Cera Tec with my last oil change. Is it okay to use Molygen with my next oil change, or do I need to do a normal oil change in between so the remaining Cera Tec doesn’t interfere with the Molygen?

If I use a magnetic drain plug would that have any concerns since it has tungsten?

So would you say I would essentially be “saving money” since I wouldn’t have to add any additives into my oil using molygen? Coming from a guy like me who likes to use additives anyway.
