I think everyone is alright to good, I’m no complete purist- as long as it’s faithful to Silent Hill (and their og creators- aka respect). But Angela was done dirty.

In the silent hill 2 “making of” documentary (free on yt btw), they expressed that Angela is supposed to look older than her age. A child disguised in a woman’s body- it makes what happened to her more tragic (and misleads the player subconsciously, reminding them how they can be deceived on their notions of the characters).

Angela here is just… she doesn’t have that same childish demeanor and old and tired innocence the creators set out to give her.
