i have done this type circuit 5v to 2.5v using lm4558 op amp but output reading are differant to dividing voltag.

i have an issue with Op Amp Headphone amp, i have 11V dual rail for Op amp power, and Lm317 and Lm337 to regulate that voltage from 41V down to 11V and all is fine , but when op amp starts working pulls 10mA of current and that drops the voltage for 20mV, its not a lot but i would like to have rock solid 11V feeding the op amp .
Would this circuit fix that 20mV ripple or it cant regulate that low with 10mA max current 6-7mA Irms per rail, its just 2 op amps doing their thing, doesnt pull a lot of current
