The "ninja" one is not based off Asian culture ninja. It is supposed to be a mortal Kombat character but they can't just sell it as that unless the work with the company who created it and give them copyright. Just like you'll see on fadhionova and alot of other places, besides party city and spirit Halloween, they'll sell like an Arial costume but label it as a mermaid princess costume.
