Tutorial - Excel 2013 VLOOKUP

Not sure if you explicitly stated it in the video but you need to have the lookup table in ascending order based on the lookup value before you execute VLOOKUP. The function will not work, or return invalid numbers, if you don't.

Found this out the hard (and time consuming) way haha.

Thanks for the instructions. My understanding about VLookup is sometimes need to apply Absolute Reference, but this video did not mention it.
