My older brother loved this beautiful song and played it often in the spring of 1975. When I hear it, I'm transported back to when we were kids riding our bikes in the neighborhood. Such sweet innocent times. My brother passed away in the fall of 1988 at only 25. I always think of him when I hear this. ❤

My mother passing away that year, 51 years old. I was only 17. Dating my first girlfriend, leaving how was i to know that she would leave me walking down that road....i love this beautiful song. It brings me to tears almost every time i hear it.

I`m 65 years old now and I don`t think I`ve heard or thought of this song since it was a hit in the 70`s but today I suddenly found myself singing the chorus to myself, ran to the computer and entered the title in the search engine and was transported back . Nobody makes music like this anymore but, thanks to technology we can see watch and hear these wonderful songs again. Beautiful.

A Beautiful, but HAUNTINGLY sad song Sadly, lead singer MARCEL KING died in 1995 AGED 37 from a brain hemorrhage, AND 2 years later, his SON Zeus was killed due to gang violence IN MANCHESTER Other band member THE keyboardist Leroy Smith died as well.
