Modern, small family dairies that apply all required specifications utilizing traditional techniques and know how and maintaining long term cooperation relationships with farmers.
Products of high nutritional value, with rich taste and aromas, from local breeds that graze throughout the year to nearby natural pastures.
The cooperation is governed by an Integrated Participative Guarantee System of the Thessaly quality (traceability, certification of herds, participation of producers, local government, social actors and university research laboratories).
The objective is managing a sustainable relation between people, animals and nature (guarantee of the connection between product and production place, promotion of the Thessaly quality, fair redistribution of the benefits to the producers)
