I would go with the studio personally. I like the privacy and having the whole space to myself. For $200 extra, I think it's worth it. Also, the fact that a studio comes with washer/dryer is awesome. That is so rare in Manhattan.

This is by far the BEST apartments you have shown us. The price raised eyebrows but for what you’re getting: views, location, washer/dryer, amenities that actually look like places you’d spend time in... both are a win

Whoever is staging these apartments deserves a kudos, the staging will help lease the spaces. I think the hardest thing about house/apartment hunting is picturing an empty space with your stuff. Especially a studio! Both of these apartments were easy to imagine living in with the decor and furniture. :)

"Hand of Satan" LOL. Loved the staging on the 2-bedroom, but whoever staged that studio was smoking crack. It looked like a hotel room with those two upholstered chairs. Anyway, Cashew, I would get a roommate and take the one with TWO medicine cabinets in the en suite bathroom!!

Having moved from NYC years ago and living in more space than I need, I still love the apartment. BTW, it seems that the best spaces you show are always the ones that follow you almost catching the bus as you "tumble" down the steps!

This is one studio I wouldn't mind living in. I like that the bed area is separate from the living and kitchen. The two-bedroom is also gorgeous. Love the view and location. It's a win for me.

I normally don’t like high rise modern apartments, but these are gorgeous! Those floor to ceiling windows with those incredible views are fantastic! I love them both! The hidden kitchen in the studio is nicer.
