Assam is very rich in variety of green leafy vegetables.plantain flower and stem, besides duck, pigeon, pork and fish of various species, I have travelled all over India and different countries too but back I return to my home state becoz I miss the food that is available in fresh condition in the entire NE region. Go ahead and explore more you will not regret.
