Turtle Beach Recon 70 vs. HyperX CloudX Stinger Core Gaming Headsets

I got the recon 70 for my birthday 2 days ago and it is good quality and I haven't had any problems.
My brother has had one for 3 months and he likes it aswell

hyperx no doubt way better, i had three different turtle beach headsets including this, and the hyperx is super comfortable

I've never had any problem with turtle beach. I take care of my headset and ive never had them broken unlike other brands I've gotten. And there designs are really good and I like there quality for hearing and sound.

the hyper x was one sale for 25 today so even cheaper then the video and i bought them and i cant wait for them to arrive
(ill edit my comment when i get the headset and say if it's good or not)

Edit: it's amazing for 25 US dollars
The sound quality is outstanding for such a low price even at very high volume
My Xbox pals say they have no complaints compared to my other headsets Mic that broke (it was around 60 or so dollars)
The build quality seems to be cheap but it's very sturdy to my surprise
If you can still get it for 25 on amazing get it you won't regret it

I wanted the hyperx but no where had it physically so i got the turtle beach recon 70

Hyper x has great comfortability over any turtle beach headset you can get and I currently am using recon 70’s til I replace my Hyper x cloud x’s

Id take sound quality over comfort any day, even though i have no issues with my recon 70’s being uncomfortable. Maybe they just fit my head better idk.

The Recon 70's were made to compete with the Cloud Stinger, not the Stinger Core. The Core's got discontinued in the u.s., I thought (unless you order them online).
Either way, the Stinger headset is, by far, the better of the 2. Can't say about the Stinger Core .

Suddenly woke up at 4 a.m. for no reason at all. I couldn't go back to sleep so I went to Amazon to check some headsets because mines stopped working after a few years and boom! HyperX CloudX Stinger Core with a 50% discount, I ordered them without giving it any thought.

I bought really expensive headsets but then I find out that I doesn’t work on Xbox so then I start searching for a cheap headset for Xbox

I've had both of these before. First I had the hyperx, after two weeks the mic stopped working, and just a week later the left ear cup stopped working. Got the recon 70 about three months ago and it's better by far in my opinion. The sound is much clearer and I can hear enemy footsteps much better, and the mic is great. Yeah the hyperx was slightly more comfortable, but I just find the recon 70's durability, flexibility, sound, and mic quality to be much better. Additionally, having only one cord from the controller to the headset is a lot more convenient and the cord feels much sturdier (I got the PS4 blue & white edition, sexy as hell)
