Well, If ROBLOX is attracting younger children, then
1. I don't think they would know how to use the chat system,
and 2. If they did know how to, then they wouldn't be able to give out personal information etc, To online Predators because
of how bad ROBLOX's chat filter is.
Forgot to mention, If you're under the age of 13, then you have safe chat. So obviously they didn't do enough research
