Otis Series 1 Mod Hydraulic Elevator at The Aotearoa House at Polynesian Village Resort in LBV, FL

This is my last video I took at this Resort and the Last elevator I found here. And not only that, but my videos may very well be the last new videos of the Otis Series 1 Modded elevators in the Original 1971 U.S. Steel Designed Buildings here, as I recently got word that the majority of this hotel is closed for renovations, and the Grand Ceremonial House Elevators are currently being modded, so with that said, I'm pretty sure these are for sure going. I hope not, but it's pretty much a given they will between the Florida Codes and how Disney is with mods.

With that being said, I hope you enjoy this video of this neat and VERY RARE Otis Series 1 MOD! I'm sorry if it's not the greatest, but I was a bit nervous about being busted in this building.

Installed in 1971. (Unknown, Otis Lexan or General Oiltronic most likely)

Modernized in Circa 1980s or Early 1990s (Otis Older Series 1 fixtures, New Motor, New Cab, New Controller, etc. Cab frame and steel wall surrounding the COP and Door Brailles left as is.)
