Hello everyone,

This is the fourth lecture in the series and in this lecture, we have covered summons and a part of arrest. Under the introduction part, distinction between summons and warrant case has been done. The remaining provisions of arrest will be covered in the next lecture. I hope there is not much of audio disturbance as I was unable to find a disturbance free environment.
