None of the self-centered piano teachers I've been to ever taught me what you have in the span of a few videos. This is what I've been looking for the past 15 years, thank you!

30 yrs ago I started learning to play the piano... less than 30 hours ago (after seeing a few of your videos), I truly truly started enjoying it for the first time in my life... thank you!

It never ceases to amaze me that every time I hit a brick wall with my learning I find inspiration again from a video just like this one. Thanks from over the pond in the U.K.

I've been playing piano for 6 years now and I am 55. Wanted to get better with my left hand and this was an absolute perfect simple approach to doing that. Thank you!

To sound busier and fuller:
1. do more of what you are already doing 00:38
2. adding passing notes 2:18
3. play notes that compliment the root note 3:38
4. add octaves 7:00

Watched one video and subscribed immediately. One of the only music instructors on YouTube that actually instructs not showing off what you can do. Kudos. Keep going you're excellent!!!!

You know, a lot of us out here take lessons, learn scales and take grades but very often is doesn't sound musical. What you have done here, for me at least, is shown me how to sound musical with the most basic chords. Thank you so much.

Firstly, you ‘explain’ everything so well indeed…(and)…at the correct ‘pace’ for a 71+ years ‘Senior Citizen’ (beginner, like me)...(and)…make it ‘look’ so ‘easy’…though, NOT yet for me at this stage, may I add! But, (may I add), your ‘techniques’ sound absolutely awesome…”DHANYAVAAD!”…Pianote with Lisa.

I've just discovered pianote and I absolutely love all the videos so far. So helpful and in wee bite size chunks. Thank you for simplifying certain techniques 😊

I'm beginner and "self-taught" (1 year of piano playing only) but i can for sure say that i wouldn't have been able to what i can do now if it weren't for you. Your videos aren't just helpful, you also know how to pedagogically transmit the knowledge and that's what a lot of coaches/teachers can sadly lack of. Thanks for everything ❤
