I really feel like sentencing the guy to house arrest was just cruel on the judge's part. I just mean, of someone wants to get away from their spouse so bad they rob a bank, just send them to prison. It might make them appreciate their spouse a whole lot more.

Having said that, robbing a bank was definitely not the best way to go - but certainly the most interesting! It might also be worth noting that the wife could be abusive and the husband... Well, that takes us into a whole other conversation about the way our society (we live in one) views gender and gender roles.

That last one, one of my estranged great uncles had it on his wall as a poster. Hes also as right leaning political as you can be ans my mom kept trying to tell him in queer, like if he wasn't drunk, had his ex wife to baby sit him, and the fact im related to him something bad could've happened. I dont understand straight people a lot of the time.
