Here are my pick of 5 recipes Slimming World friendly from the Hairy Dieters Book 1. Hope you enjoy and feel inspired! X

RECIPES
Masala marinated chicken & minted yoghurt sauce (nil syns If you don't use oil and for the amount of mint sauce I'd say nil syns) would be half a syn if a tbsp but its only a tsp

Paprika chicken (nil syns if you don't use oil or half fat creme fraiche)

Chicken & mushroom risotto (nil syns if you don't use oil, the half fat creme fraiche or parmesan though you can HEA the parmesan)

Fruity rice salad (nil syns if you don't use the oil)

Rich beef and ale casserole 8 syns for the 440ml draft stout), 2 syns per portion if split into 4 portions. I didn't add caster sugar or the flour to make it less syns. You can add cornflour if needed 1 syn per tsp. Mine didn't need it because I added less of the draft stout and liquid.
