Oh gosh, this is so sweet. Truly shows how little base material is needed to craft beautiful stories where people can suspend their disbelief and become invested in friendships and perilous events.

I struggle to recall any stories about non-romantic friendships that made me as emotional as those minecraft events besides maybe Merry and Pippin in LOTR.
