Just looks like it applied a wobble filter and the correct colorspace conversion. Easy to do in Vegas...

i'm looking for one that adds  pixels definition or something but i doubt tthat exists. i have an old video i have ehanced it and it looks great but if someone is reading a letter for example the latters are very blury i know in the original you could read the latters too. have not idea what happened to the original, all i have now is file that i happened to have saved on a little zen stone mp4 player, which was compressed and re-sized to fit the small screen.
