1935: ΑΓΩΝΕΣ ΠΕΡΙΣΤΕΡΙΩΝ

This marathon pigeon race sees thousands of pigeons fly from Northumberland to Penzanze in Cornwall. That is a massive 560 miles. The pigeons average a speed of 40 miles per hour. And apparently not one pigeon lost its way!
