Monty Python's John Cleese. He did pretty good as the villain, Otto. I like him as Cat R. Waul in An American Tail: Fievel Goes West and King Harold in the Shrek sequels.

This channel is doing a favor to this movie... you see I didn't watch it I just knew it was bad.. this is the closest I might be to this movie and yet the more clips I keep watching the more chances I could be willing to see it if the opportunit comes up (or not) .. so yes as I said this channel is doing a favor to this movie cause others might stumble upon it in youtube recommendations (just as I did), and I'm glad cause boy as much as I dislike the bad things made in this I feel sorry for the people who most certainly lost money and jobs because of this. Now if you see the shorts you my find yourself losing all pity for them that was just masochism
