I really like your videos but just a correction. You are saying that sitaram bhaturas are cooked on tawa and are therefore light. However, in my knowledge they are precooked (deep fryed) in proper oil and reheated on tawa. You should also try Sharma ji ka chole bhature or afeem wale chole bhature in shahdra
