I am only 15 and I've been dealing with intrusive thoughts for quite some time now. When they first started, I couldn't sleep because of them. The thoughts would be violent and lustful and for the longest time I thought that they were uncontrollable. I'm so glad that I came across this video. I was about to scroll away as well but I'm glad I didn't! I've prayed to the Lord about these negative thoughts asking Him to take them away and fill my mind with peace. The intrusive thoughts have lessened and I thank Him everyday for helping me with this 🙏 God is the peace when our mind is at war. ❤
