Blends are often overlooked these days, but there are some truly phenomenal options out there, like the Best Friends Blend from our friends at Cat & Cloud!

To draw out the most from this coffee, we used 200F water and a 1:2.3 ratio. This allows us to pull out a lot of the juicy, tropical fruit character in the coffee without straying into any roasty flavours.
