a classic aloo tikki burger 🍔

patty:
4 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp pressed garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
3 green chilies
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp flax seed powder (optional)
salt

coating: 1/4 cup cornstarch + 1/2 cup cornflakes pulsed in a blender

- mash potatoes with spices
- form patties with damp hands
- coat with cornstarch and flakes

deepfry: on high heat for 3-5 minutes
airfry: 200°C for 13-17 minutes

sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard

eggless burger buns: homemade (recipe on previous reel/short)

assemble: toasted buttered bun - sauce - tomato - patty - cheese - onion - sauce - toasted bun
