Restored footage from 1918 of Winston Churchill leaving Central Hall in London, England, following a 4th of July commemoration during the First World War. Churchill spoke at the event. Winston Churchill at this time was the Member of Parliament for Dundee and the Minister of Munitions. Churchill would go on to become the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during the Second World War.
