His "alternative" sounds exactly like a modern Tory. There is literally nothing here that Boris Johnson couldn't have said.
You can't try to present a "vision" solely based on giving nurses a pay rise.
Labour have lost their willingness to fight for a genuinely fairer, more equitable country, ready for the massive challenges that face us.
