Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of corn syrup (465g)
1 cup of white granulated sugar (200g)
4 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter (56g)
1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract (7 ml)
1 unbaked deep dish pie crust (homemade or store-bought)

This is my daughters favorite kind of pie. I might surprise her with one over the holidays because I never knew it was so easy to make and I just happen to have about 4 lbs of already cracked and out of the shell pecan halves that were given to me. I put them in the freezer because I don't usually make anything that calls for pecans - NOW I DO!! LOL Thanks for posting this recipe! I'm sure it's "low cal" right - hahaha! Looks delish! BTW, I like recipes that don't "talk" cause I usually just want to get to it and see how the recipe is made so please keep making this type of video, I love 'em!
