I think the noise really isn’t died down everyone still cracking jokes it’s hard to put it past you when every time you have a bad game it’s well he had this issues etc . And then the offense is ground and pound when he was Houston it was making throws on schedule, timely passes so he gotta basically still learn these guys and learn the offense (not saying he hasn’t put in the work) but i think he just needs to adjust and he trying to do it quickly but maybe toooo quickly

It makes perfect sense… He’s still recovering from accusations and court cases and suspension. The average person has a tough time at work after a pet dies, we talking about a young man’s life that almost looked like it was going to crumble and burn for the world to see. When he finally let’s go and gets back his happiness, we’ll see the guy we know him to be on the field. It takes time to heal within.

He was throwing to Deandre Hopkins, had a more proven coach and played in a worse division. He didn't look terrible to me yesterday. Elusive in the pocket. I think the division is harder, and he has less pieces around him. And for sure, even if it's his own doing, all he's been through has messed with his confidence. Wasn't a fan of his before, but he deserves a second chance. We all do.

It could be multiple things we don’t know all the public can do is make assumptions and opinions everybody struggles in life from time to time including professional Quarterbacks in the NFL all we can do is hope for is whatever Deshaun is dealing with he can find the confidence and strength to overcome it and get back to the way he was before the issues in his personal life off the field.

As far as the injury goes, I don't know what to think. I know that I wouldn't trust Stephanski with a shoulder injury. Refer to Baker Mayfield. He played almost the entire season with a mangled shoulder and got crucified for it by fans and sports writers and got booted out of Cleveland. Coach should have sat him and got him healthy. It does look like DeSean has zero chemistry with the receivers. I still think as of now he is a starting caliber QB. Thete are only 32 starters in the league. Everyone else is a place holder in case something happens or is learning the position at an NFL level.

I’m no football analyst but I’ve been watching football for coming up on 40 years. I hate seeing so much invested in one player. Take those hundreds of millions and spread them out on both sides of the ball.
