Another slow day here at the dealership. Heavy rainfall and bright sunshine made it a guessing game with the weather.

I forgot to mention in the video, but I did have one service repair today. A simple wiper blade job for a lady's Toyota Yaris.

I'm actually recording this video while a potential customer is on a test drive with the Lincoln Navigator. This is one I had priced at 6950 to test the market. I had a lot of interest in it, but it's just not selling. I had just dropped the price to 5950 on all of my online sources and had not been able to change the numbers on the windshield when this prospect reached out and came for a test drive.

Hopefully this one goes, but they seem to want to negotiate more and fortunately for myself from a dealer standpoint, I have the will to sit on the car for a few weeks more at my asking price.

Also, I'm gonna mention some of the hefty bills I just paid, but with the volume of vehicles and service jobs I do, it works out just fine.

I will be recording this week's podcast either tonight or tomorrow, so stay tuned for that to go out Thursday, and the free The Car Flip Roadmap resource is launched and live in preparation for the reopening of The Car Flip Course. You can check links to all of these things down below.

Be sure to drop a comment, like this video, and subscribe. Until tomorrow, hope you have a great day!

LOL glad you got the AC fixed. Sorry I wasn't more of a help with diagnosing it to avoid a service call bill. I probably should have explained things a little bit more clearly =/ my apologies bud. Im glad that it wasn't anything major though!

The float switch got ya. Glad you got it fixed, experience is everything. Are you texting me today, I have a car up for sale for $2950, their text was "would you take 2000 cash for car right now". Ha, JK.

Also, what do you do with all the scam text messages. Out of area codes asking do you still have it for sale? When you say yes, they try to send a fake check. I usually just block and delete but today I sent the following reply: Just curious, is attempting to scam people your full time job. Why not go out and work instead of being a thief.
