Inspect browser code, get map layer into QGIS

Sometimes you see data on a web map and want to have the data yourself so you can work with it in QGIS. A lot of the time this happens with open data published by governments but they may not always make the raw data available in a format like Shapefile or GeoPackage, so we have to go digging around in the web page source code.
