Healthier KFC Zinger Burger - 3 ways!

This is a great healthier alternative to a fried chicken kfc zinger burger – we are baking the chicken rather than frying it but it has superb flavour kick…. There’s also the option to serve it naked in a lettuce bun, mushroom bun or standard burger bun!

One of the things I would do is use the Lettuce to make a wrap. That would be really stonkin.
